What we collect
When you request the Work Optional worksheet, we collect the email address you submit. The financial numbers entered into the calculator stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How we use your email
We use your email to provide the worksheet and send Work Optional education, tools, updates, and related offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
Service providers
We use Mailchimp to manage email subscribers and deliver emails. We may also use website hosting, security, and analytics providers that process limited technical information needed to operate the site.
How long we keep information
We keep your email while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Mailchimp may retain a suppression record after you unsubscribe so we do not email you again.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and technical data
The site may use essential cookies and standard server logs for operation, fraud prevention, and security. The embedded YouTube player uses privacy-enhanced mode and loads only after you choose to play the video. YouTube may then process viewing and device information under its own privacy policy. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
